It all begins with a heartbreak.

Change Of Heart is a short story on separation, grief, and the willigness to forget, yet in argueable ways. In fact Kat, the protagonist of the comic, signs up for a heart removal at The Clinic, following the down-fall of her latest relationship. But the surgery doesn’t remove the pain, just the memories, leaving her incomplete and isolated.

This is a short story I wrote and illustrated while I joined an art residency in Barcelona.
